With over 35 years in the fitness industry, I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve real, lasting results. Each week, I work with hundreds of women (and a few men), inspiring them to become fitter, healthier, and happier versions of themselves.

Weight training is my favourite discipline because, as a woman in midlife, I’ve experienced firsthand how it combats muscle loss and enhances strength. More recently, I’ve expanded my expertise, qualifying as a Fitness Pilates instructor (2021) and yoga teacher (2023), and I’ve developed a true passion for holistic fitness.
Before transitioning fully into the fitness industry, I spent 19 years teaching Physical Education in secondary schools. Now, I bring that same dedication to helping people take control of their health and well-being.
