Take time to read all of your E-books before you start the program. Complete the Mindset Guide. Failure to do this will show that you are interested, but not really COMMITTED!
You will only achieve the results you desire if you commit to the program and do whatever it takes to achieve your goals. Good luck, you can do this and I will do all I can to help you!

Make sure you use the online calculator to work out how many calories you should be eating and then select the appropriate recipe book. If you are too busy to follow this, then cook only from the list of ingredients. All of the recipes have been devised by a professional, highly qualified nutritionist for maximum fat burning potential!

All of your workouts are online in  private Facebook groups. It is important that you lift weights three times a week if you want to see a transformation in your physique!
