ONLINE WORKOUTS: Throughout your program you will have complete access to my ‘ONLINE WORKOUTS’ groups. I am ‘Facebook Live’ in these groups every morning, Monday to Friday, or you can locate them in ‘Topics’ and in the ‘news feed’ and do them at a time that is convenient to you!

If you are a BEGINNER or RETURNING TO FITNESS:

JOIN – FIT IN 30 DAYS (10 MINUTE WORKOUTS).
Every morning (see timetable located in group), I deliver a different exercise discipline for 10-20 minutes. Included in the program is LEGS, TUMS AND BUMS; CARDIO; CORE; BEGINNERS WEIGHTS AND PILATES BACK CARE. It’s amazing what you can achieve in 10 minutes! For INTERMEDIATE or ADVANCED:

JOIN- SWEAT AND TONE AND HIGH ENERGY WORKOUTS.
Every morning (see timetable located in group) I deliver different exercise disciplines. Monday and Friday classes include one hour of Bootcamp – HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT), WEIGHTS, CARDIO, CORE AND RESISTANCE BANDS, all in one class!
You can also do 30 minutes classes including: LEGS, TUMS AND BUMS; HIIT AND RUN, AND WEIGHT TRAINING WITH BODY BAR OR DUMBBELLS. You can join me for the ‘Facebook Live’ experience or access them at a time convenient to you! Click the link below to join:

FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:

JOIN – MIND BODY STUDIO:
When you need something more relaxing or you want to improve your posture, lengthen through the spine and release tension from tired, aching muscles, Fusion Pilates and YOGA will help.

CHOOSE FROM:

YOGA FLOW – Routines that connect the mind and body through a series of postures and breath work to improve your strength and flexibility, confidence and resilience.

PILATES BACK CARE – A Fitness Pilates Workout that will mobilise, strengthen and stretch out your back and core muscles. It is great for releasing general aches and pains and tension.

TRIGGER POINT PILATES – This is a combination of Pilates Based Exercises combined with Myofascia Release (a release of the stiffness and tension in your muscles). This is a ‘therapy’ type of class which uses a foam roller, prickle balls, a bender ball and stretch band to release areas of soreness and tightness.

PILATES STRENGTH*– This is a Fitness Pilates challenging workout that uses a series of movements which concentrates on core, balance and posture, to strengthen the muscles in the body.

FUSION PILATES – This is a combination of movements and exercises from the three disciplines of Pilates Back Care, Trigger Point Pilates and Pilates Strength to work and ‘release’ the whole body.
*Pilates Strength is not suitable for beginners.
