Workouts are saved into the group for you to do at your own convenience, in your own time!

A range of exercise disciplines including.

2  X 1 hour Bootcamp sessions -HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT),

WEIGHTS, CARDIO, CORE AND RESISTANCE BANDS, all in one class!

Includes 30 minutes classes including:

LEGS, TUMS AND BUMS;

HIIT AND RUN,

WEIGHT TRAINING WITH BODY BAR OR DUMBBELLS.

I go Facebook Live for a chit chat at 7.00pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We also do an evening ‘CALMING CLASS’ to relax and unwind the mind and body and release stress and tension.

I cover a range of subjects from what to eat for better health, to hormones, mindset, inflammation, sleep, snacking, intermittent fasting, menopause and avoiding burnout.
