Menofit 10 WEEK DEVELOPMENT COURSE

This is a continuation program that will give you greater accountability and further coaching calls with Nina. If you are new to Menofit, you will do this course alongside a 7 day Menofit Programme.

Regularly checking in with Nina and staying accountable to a private group will help you to maintain focus and motivation in your weight loss journey.

Nina’s support provides personalized guidance, helping you adjust your goals, overcome challenges, and celebrate progress.

A private group offers a sense of community, where shared experiences foster encouragement and accountability. When you report your progress to a group, you are more likely to stay committed and disciplined, knowing that others are invested in your success. Together, these elements create a support system that helps sustain long-term dedication to your goals.

  • An initial personal 1-2-1 ‘goal setting’ consultation VIA FaceTime to ensure l’m up to speed on your MenoFit progress, your current lifestyle and your needs and goals (worth £25)
  • A fortnightly scheduled 1-2-1 coaching call to check in, of up to 30 mins (more frequently if extra support. (worth £100 / month)
  • Weekly Facebook live chit chats to include:
    • Motivational Monday:
    • My chit chats will ignite, inspire, energise, encourage, uplift and empower you to kickstart a positive mindset and confidence for the week ahead.
    • Tasty Tuesday:
    • A different tasty recipe each week to give you plenty of ideas for your high and low carb days.
    • Wellness Wednesday:
    • We will deep dive into the science and research of women’s wellbeing.
    • Feel good Friday: A round up of our week with Q&A’s and motivation to stay on track over the weekend and prep for the week ahead. (Worth £100 /month)
    • A fortnightly zoom call designed to bring MenoFit ladies together for support, motivation, and connection. These sessions are a safe space for you to share your journey, celebrate victories, and encourage each other through the challenges. Together, we will build a strong community that inspires growth, accountability, and self-love. You will bond with like-minded women who will lift you up as you work toward your goals, creating lasting friendships while becoming the best versions of ourselves!
