4. STRONG AND LEAN – FIT IN 15

A new group that has the same workouts as SWEAT AND TONE, but they are just 15-20 minutes absolute max, so a quick blast with the same results!

5. SIT AND SCULPT

We use dumbbell weights to work the entire upper body and abs. This is suitable for all levels. Beginners use light weights 2kg, Intermediate 3kg and advanced 3-5kg. This is a great workout if you have a lower body injury or your joints (knees, hips and ankles) need a rest. This is a 25 minute workout – lift heavy to sculpt and lighter to tone! You will burn a ton of calories and see and feel the results!

6. Wellness WITH NINA 

This group provides you with education so that you can make informed choices and decisions around nutrition, mindset and behaviours. Weekly articles are posted to motivate and change habits that may not be serving you. There are also Facebook mini workouts and invaluable chit chats (me talking away) in the group, giving you advice on all things wellness.
