If you are new to fitness, these classes will introduce you to a number of exercise disciplines that will strengthen and tone; increase your endurance capacity; improve your flexibility and release tension.
All workouts are 15-20 minutes and includes:

- Plus follow on classes at a slower, more gentle pace.
Most exercises require no equipment, but beginners will be introduced to weights—a great option if you’re over 30, as muscle mass naturally declines with age, and building muscle helps burn fat.
If you don’t have weights, two water bottles work just as well!
