Review of Nina’s classes. I am rarely able to join the classes live due to work, but try and join most on catch up and mix this up with running. The range of classes is fab, Nina’s expertise and attitude is so energising and authentic, the way she shouts out to members is great because it makes the classes very personal. The different length of classes means the programmes are really flexible, even if you only have 15 mins. It never gets boring and the way she shares her knowledge it brilliant, so helpful to all members!
I started online with Nina during lockdown in June 2020 and have been exercising with her ever since. Nina is a great inspiration – as she always says “You’re only one workout away from a good mood”. She has a wide range of motivational and easy to follow classes on her Facebook Group. Unfortunately I can very rarely make a live workout, but I exercise 5 days a week on catch up with her and it’s awesome that I can do this in the convenience of my own home.
Nina’s classes are particularly great as they are targeted at people at my stage of life – menopause. I have also done a MenoFit course with Nina which helped me lose a few pounds.
Nina is very knowledgeable about both health and fitness. I’d be lost without her classes!
